Buyer seeks to select a consulting firm to provide on-call professional engineering services related to mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems. The contract will last for twelve months from October 2025 through September 2026. Services will support various Monmouth County Capital Improvement projects across approximately 2 million square feet of public buildings. The selected consultant will work on a task order basis to provide engineering design, analysis, construction document preparation, and construction administration services.

- Perform field investigations and prepare written reports
- Develop written programs and schematic designs
- Perform system assessments and troubleshoot root causes of failures
- Prepare construction documents for new systems or repairs
- Review plans, specifications, submittals and shop drawings
- Design heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Engineer plumbing and fire protection systems
- Design electrical power and distribution systems
- Create lighting and lighting control systems
- Develop electronic systems including CCTV and access control
