Services will be performed on a non-exclusive, indefinite quantity basis as requested by the buyer. The scope includes architectural design, technical support, and related professional services for facilities such as offices, community centers, fire stations, and recreation facilities. There is a 20 percent DBE goal for this contract.

• Ten years of experience providing architectural services for similar projects
• Programming and conceptual design experience on five similar projects
• Design and construction administration experience on five similar projects
• Professional Architect license in the State of Georgia

• Conduct building assessments for code compliance and ADA accessibility
• Investigate existing conditions and create inventories of materials
• Develop architectural programming to identify scope of work
• Create conceptual designs with programmatic, site, and budget requirements
• Prepare renderings and presentation drawings for stakeholder review
• Develop construction plans and documents for bidding and permitting
• Review construction documents for accuracy and code compliance
• Provide construction administration services during project implementation
• Secure necessary approvals and permits from regulatory authorities
• Create as-built drawings documenting changes during construction
