The work includes data gathering, coordination with staff, and assisting with public presentations. Buyer requires a document management system and coordination with relevant agencies throughout the project.

- Experience in water resources and water systems
- Experience in operation and maintenance of municipal utility systems
- Develop UWMP in compliance with California Urban Water Management Planning Act
- Conduct population and demographics data gathering
- Analyze water supply and demand data
- Perform water supply reliability assessment and drought risk assessment
- Develop Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP)
- Coordinate with City staff on key sections
- Assist with public notifications and hearings
- Present to City Council at scheduled meetings
- Perform water demand projections compared to 2024 Water Master Plan
- Create document management and storage system for project files
