Buyer seeks qualified firms to provide on-call structural engineering consultant services for City of Fremont projects. Services include structural engineering for transportation infrastructure, buildings, seismic retrofits, and natural hazard assessments. Buyer intends to enter into five-year master service agreements with selected consultants who will work on a task order basis.

• Primary discipline or in-house expertise shall be Structural Engineering
• Must be qualified to perform structural engineering analysis and design services

• Perform structural engineering analysis for transportation infrastructure projects
• Design seismic retrofits for public buildings and facilities
• Conduct structural inspections of bridges, overpasses, and retaining walls
• Develop structural assessment reports for damaged public infrastructure
• Prepare structural engineering documentation for building permits
• Perform site inspections during construction phases
• Analyze natural hazard impacts on public infrastructure
• Review structural plans and specifications from other consultants
• Provide structural engineering services for roadways, bridges, and retaining walls
• Assess seismic upgrade requirements for public buildings and infrastructure
