Services include 7am-3pm weekday support with emergency coverage, 24/7 network monitoring, and comprehensive security features including incident response. The provider must have municipal support experience and will act as a strategic technology partner.

• Experience with unique security requirements of municipalities
• Advanced experience supporting Microsoft 365 suite
• Experience providing executive consulting to municipal governing structures

• Conduct initial assessment and IT lifecycle planning with hardware specifications
• Provide global support with 7am-3pm coverage plus emergency after-hours service
• Implement comprehensive cybersecurity with incident response team
• Develop disaster recovery and business resumption plans
• Provide fractional CISO services for security program design
• Manage network segmentation based on best practices
• Implement vulnerability scanning and management
• Configure gateway security monitoring with 24/7/365 SOC
• Deploy immutable backups across geographically dispersed data centers
• Conduct security awareness training with phishing campaign management
• Maintain comprehensive patch management system
• Provide CIO-level strategic technology consulting
• Manage third-party technology vendor relationships
• Develop and manage municipal IT budget
• Maintain hardware inventory with real-time status reporting
• Configure Microsoft 365 backup, encryption and security
• Implement secure password management system
• Monitor network utilization for capacity planning
• Maintain separate guest Wi-Fi network with appropriate security
