Buyer seeks an experienced contractor to provide economic impact analysis consulting services. Buyer requires assistance preparing and defending economic impact analyses, Economic and Fiscal Impact Statements, and Standardized Regulatory Impact Assessments for proposed regulations. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis for various proposed regulations under the California Administrative Procedures Act. The contractor must analyze whether regulations constitute 'major regulations' and help quantify stakeholder claims about regulation costs.
