Buyer requires geotechnical engineering services at Morris Sheppard Dam. Morris Sheppard Dam was designed by Ambursen Engineering Corporation and constructed in 1941 to form the Possum Kingdom Lake Reservoir. The dam is located in Palo Pinto County, approximately 25 miles northwest of Mineral Wells, Texas. Services include monitoring instrumentation, performing safety inspections, and providing geotechnical consultation.

• Review and assess dam monitoring instrument readings
• Provide video inspection and cleaning of instrumentation systems
• Perform dam safety inspections and prepare reports
• Read inclinometers, analyze results and prepare findings
• Survey and map geological surface features
• Conduct subsurface exploration with core borings and analysis
• Install monitoring instrumentation like seismometers and piezometers
• Manage and maintain instrumentation readings using Microsoft Excel
• Develop recommendations for instrumentation installations and replacements
• Retrofit existing instrumentation with automated reading equipment
