Buyer is seeking qualified personnel for Statistician and Project Manager positions. The Statistician will develop and test mathematical models using statistical analysis on a Microsoft Office platform. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact, managing team assignments, communications, and ensuring contract requirements are met.

• PhD in Statistics for Statistician position
• 10 years statistical experience for Statistician
• Telecommunications industry experience preferred for Statistician
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field for Project Manager
• PMP certification required for Project Manager
• 7 years project management experience for Project Manager
• Experience managing large scale initiatives
• Strong MS Office skills

• Prepare testing scenarios for mathematical models
• Test model performance using Microsoft Office applications
• Develop mathematical algorithms based on statistical analysis
• Project trends in algorithms and make adjustments
• Serve as primary point of contact with USAC
• Coordinate project team assignments
• Prioritize projects and manage project communications
• Provide weekly status reports
• Manage budget and invoicing
• Support USAC with contract requirements
