Buyer seeks a qualified professional firm to conduct a comprehensive review and mapping of workflows and processes within their Accounting Division. The selected firm will identify opportunities for increased efficiency, automation, and alignment with industry best practices while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards. The review will document current processes, highlight inefficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements. Buyer expects this review to take place virtually using Teams or WebEx over a three to six month period.

• Experience conducting process review in governmental accounting (fund accounting)
• Must have accounting and/or risk management professionals on team
• Completed similar workflow mapping in connection with contractual obligations within last 3 years

• Conduct comprehensive review of Accounting Division workflows and processes
• Document current accounting processes in detail
• Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and automation
• Map workflows using Teams or WebEx for virtual collaboration
• Analyze alignment with industry best practices
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards
• Highlight process inefficiencies in the current system
• Provide actionable recommendations for process enhancements
• Suggest improvements for accounting system utilization
• Deliver final presentation and detailed report
