- Conduct financial monitoring of 12 subrecipients
- Perform program compliance monitoring across various funding streams
- Complete Equal Opportunity compliance monitoring
- Provide entrance conferences with subrecipient staff
- Issue detailed monitoring reports within 10 business days
- Follow up on corrective actions
- Verify allowability of expenditures and documentation
- Review accounting systems and internal controls
- Assess procurement policies and procedures
- Verify MIS reporting accuracy and timeliness
- Evaluate EO policies and language assistance services
- Review disability accommodation procedures
- Examine complaint and grievance handling processes
- Create and adhere to monitoring schedules
- Coordinate with SEMCA program and fiscal teams
- Copy documentation related to problem areas
- Verify compliance with salary and bonus limitations
- Assess supportive services documentation
- Review cost allocation plans and indirect rates
- Evaluate program activities for appropriateness and documentation
