Orange County Transportation Authority

Buyer is seeking program management and construction management services for improvements to its headquarters property. The project includes tenant improvements to an existing 10-story building and construction of a new one-story double-height building of approximately 8,000 square feet. The selected consultant will function as an agent of the buyer to effectively manage project construction and administer the construction contract. The project is expected to be completed over a period of approximately 36 months.

• Perform pre-construction services including constructability reviews and bid process support
• Perform project inspection ensuring materials and workmanship conform to contract documents
• Monitor project schedule and budget throughout construction duration
• Maintain accurate project records of all construction activities and costs
• Provide materials testing and quality assurance surveying services
• Ensure environmental mitigation measures are implemented and maintained
• Provide safety oversight and ensure construction safety plan implementation
• Coordinate communications between contractor and all project participants
• Administer construction contract in accordance with established requirements
• Support tenant improvements to existing 10-story building and new building construction
