The buyer is seeking proposals from qualified childcare providers to build out and operate an early childhood daycare center at its facility. The center will serve children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old, Monday through Friday. The selected provider will be responsible for obtaining licenses, designing the space, developing curriculum, and managing all aspects of the daycare's operations. The buyer aims to provide quality, safe childcare for working parents, with priority given to its employees.

• 3/7/2025 - Deadline for Questions and site visit

• Valid child care provider license issued by New York State
• Minimum 4 years experience operating NY licensed daycare program
• Principal on-site manager with 3 years recent experience managing NY licensed childcare center
• No unresolved fines, penalties or disciplinary actions from regulatory agencies
• Accredited by accrediting organization for infant and child care facilities

• Build out and license space for early childhood daycare center
• Operate daycare for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years
• Provide quality care in wholesome environment for working parents
• Obtain and maintain all required licenses and approvals
• Design and construct age-appropriate indoor and outdoor spaces
• Develop curriculum aligned with NY early childhood education standards
• Establish safety and security procedures
• Provide nutritious meals and snacks
• Manage day-to-day operations and collect revenues
• Maintain required staff-to-child ratios
