• 5/12/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 7/30/2025 - GDOT response to questions

• Prime must be prequalified in Area Class 3.02
• Team must be prequalified in all required Area Classes
• Prequalification must be current by RFQ deadline
• Firm must have accounting system meeting 48 CFR Part 31 requirements

• Develop roadway widening designs for multiple corridors
• Prepare environmental documentation following NEPA/GEPA requirements
• Conduct public involvement and stakeholder engagement
• Prepare right-of-way plans and documentation
• Complete hydraulic and hydrological studies
• Develop pedestrian-bicycle amenities and multi-use trail designs
• Design roundabouts at specified intersections
• Create erosion, sedimentation, and pollution control plans
• Manage utility engineering and coordination
• Perform surveying and database preparation
• Conduct traffic projections for project corridors
• Prepare final construction plans and specifications
• Develop lighting design for roadway projects
• Ensure design compliance with TIA program requirements
• Manage quality control for all deliverables
