Buyer is seeking qualified consultants to conduct a Parks and Recreation Field House Feasibility Study. The study will assess the viability of constructing a Field House to enhance recreational opportunities based on the 2024 Parks and Recreation Community Survey. The study will evaluate site selection, facility design, financial analysis, operational viability, and community impact to provide data-driven recommendations for development.
