Buyer seeks a qualified professional firm to provide comprehensive IT services. The scope includes day-to-day support of servers, workstations, network infrastructure, and software systems. Services must include 24/7 helpdesk support, security management, disaster recovery, and specialized support for police and emergency systems. The contract will be for an initial 12-month term with options to extend for four additional 12-month terms.

• Must have adequate financial resources to perform services
• Must be able to comply with required completion schedule
• Must have satisfactory record of performance and integrity
• Staff must be CJIS-authorized with completed background checks

• Manage 12 servers (2 physical, 10 virtual) with around-the-clock support
• Support approximately 120 workstations/laptops with helpdesk services
• Maintain and update VOIP Office phone system
• Manage network infrastructure including switches, VLANs, and wireless access points
• Provide offsite data backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Support security systems including cameras and key-coded entry systems
• Maintain Office 365 for 153 users with email archival compliance
• Support integration with Tyler Technologies public safety solutions
• Provide two-factor authentication and password management services
• Ensure CJIS compliance and security for police department systems
