• Firm or principals must be licensed to practice in New York State
• Experience in tactical urbanism implementation
• Experience with public art, traffic calming, and urban wayfinding projects
• Demonstrated expertise in urban planning, design, and engineering

• Conduct stakeholder engagement workshops with community members and businesses
• Perform site analysis of traffic patterns and pedestrian usage
• Create tactical urbanism concepts including asphalt art and traffic calming
