- Create tactical urbanism concepts including asphalt art and traffic calming
- Develop urban wayfinding solutions for the Canalside district
- Design concrete murals and public art elements
- Obtain necessary permits and regulatory approvals
- Develop materials procurement plan and volunteer recruitment strategy
- Create detailed implementation plan with timelines and responsibilities
- Supervise installation or provide guidance for contractors
