- Proven experience with at least three municipal clients of comparable size
- Municipal clients should have police forces of at least 900 officers
- Provide police secondary employment scheduling with automated job assignment
- Implement ranked officer assignment based on business rules and job classes
- Create four distinct user portals for officers, customers, coordinators, and administrators
- Track officer work hours with GPS/electronic timestamping for shift verification
- Provide robust reporting and analytics on job management and financial data
- Integrate with existing technical environments including Microsoft and ESRI
- Prevent scheduling conflicts between regular duty and secondary employment
- Calculate officer bonuses based on compliance and hours worked
- Enable customer feedback collection and tracking on officer performance
- Implement advanced search functionality across all data points
