Buyer seeks architectural/engineering services for design, bid, and limited construction phase services for partial renovations and repairs of the Huntington Animal Shelter. The project includes parking lot expansion, new exterior lighting, storage space, enclosure of exterior kennels, and HVAC system improvements. Buyer previously planned a new facility but redirected efforts to renovating the existing shelter due to rising costs.

• Replace gutters and downspouts on animal shelter

• Plan enclosure of exterior kennels with temperature control
• Specify replacement of interior doors with FRP materials
• Design new comprehensive HVAC system
• Develop rehabilitation plan for kennel and corridor floors
• Conduct pre-bid walkthrough and review contractor bids
