Buyer is soliciting proposals for evidence-based, research-supported curricular and instructional materials for Multilingual Learners in grades 6-12. The materials must align with Connecticut English Language Proficiency Standards. Buyer seeks a qualified vendor to provide high-quality ML curricula to support English language acquisition and development. The contract will run for five years with the option to renew for one additional year.

• Provide ML curriculum aligned with Connecticut English Language Proficiency Standards
• Support English language acquisition for grades 6-12 multilingual learners
• Deliver high-quality professional development for teachers
• Include formative and summative assessments to evaluate learning
• Integrate literacy skills across curriculum with vocabulary support
• Incorporate high leverage tiered instructional strategies
• Create opportunities for real-world language acquisition activities
• Design materials engaging all language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
• Develop age-appropriate materials for all learners including special education
• Provide comprehensive implementation support before and during program rollout
