- Design upgrades addressing temporary nutrient standard for wastewater treatment plant
- Conduct hydraulic modeling of water distribution and wastewater collection systems
- Evaluate multisource water system with 40-mile raw water transmission line
- Develop reclaimed water system expansion for non-potable uses
- Prepare water and wastewater permits for regulatory compliance
- Evaluate sludge-injection system for wastewater treatment solids management
- Design improvements for water towers and storage tanks
- Conduct feasibility assessment for gas generator at Eagle's Nest pump stations
- Provide construction phase services including resident inspection and quality control
