• Develop SLIFE Toolkit for low-incidence contexts with limited resources
• Deliver professional learning for administrators and teachers serving migrant SLIFE
• Provide evidence-based intervention for English language development, literacy, and math skills
• Supply remote tutors with ESOL licensure to implement interventions
• Gather stakeholder feedback through questionnaires or interviews
• Create translated student interview and placement materials in multiple languages
• Develop transcript review processes and standard registration templates
• Deliver statewide in-person and virtual training opportunities
• Conduct at least 5 regional professional development sessions in SY 2025-2026
• Implement evidence-based interventions supported by research studies
