Maricopa County Department of Public Health
Buyer seeks a contractor to expand the adoption and impact of an Opioid Business Toolkit for workplace settings. The toolkit will help businesses develop and implement policies addressing opioid use disorder among employees. The contractor will provide technical assistance, AI-driven support tools, and on-site training to businesses of all sizes across Maricopa County. This initiative is funded through the One Arizona Opioid Settlement Agreement to combat the opioid crisis.

- Must have an existing Opioid Business Toolkit already deployed
- Established business network with more than 40 business partners
- Experience with workplace wellness or substance use prevention
- Willingness to work across different Maricopa County regions
- Not a government entity
- Maintain and enhance existing Opioid Business Toolkit
- Conduct outreach to at least 30 businesses across Maricopa County
- Provide AI chatbot support and technical assistance to businesses
- Develop marketing strategy to promote toolkit adoption
- Host community educational events and attend industry conferences
- Provide on-site implementation support for businesses adopting toolkit
- Collect data on toolkit adoption and effectiveness
- Submit quarterly and annual reports on project activities
- Participate in monthly meetings with MCDPH
- Measure impact on stigma reduction and opioid awareness
