Buyer seeks a qualified firm to manage and operate The HIVE, a technology accelerator dedicated to building the UAS industry in the Grand Forks region. The successful firm will combine facilities management experience with UAS sector and/or tech accelerator expertise. The contract involves assuming responsibility for day-to-day management and operational control of The HIVE. Buyer expects the selected firm to develop long-term strategies to improve the economic impact and financial performance of the facility.

• Provide day-to-day facility management and staffing of The HIVE
• Develop and implement a tenant recruitment plan for full occupancy
• Provide programming and events supporting tenant/member needs
• Connect tenants with business and financial community members
• Create metrics to measure progress toward UAS industry growth goals
• Assess and improve the tenant/member experience through data collection
• Recommend changes to HIVE policies, procedures, programs and fees
• Identify resources, partners and growth opportunities for The HIVE
• Collaborate with City staff on regular JDA reporting
• Assist in the annual budget process
