Early Childhood Education and Care Department

Buyer seeks a firm to develop and maintain a public awareness campaign for their Family Infant Toddler (FIT) program. The campaign will help meet federal IDEA Part C requirements to maintain public awareness about early intervention services. The contractor will develop materials in multiple languages, fulfill orders for promotional items, and manage storage and distribution of materials. The contract will be in effect from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, with possible extensions for up to three additional years.

• 4/18/2025 - Acknowledgement of Receipt Form Due
• 4/21/2025 - Deadline to Submit Written Questions
• 4/25/2025 - Response to Written Questions
• 5/9/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Develop assessment of public awareness needs for referral sources and families
• Create annual public awareness campaign plan with timelines
• Develop print and digital informational materials in multiple languages
• Produce and distribute FIT Calendar with program family photographs
• Store and fulfill orders for FIT public awareness materials
• Create Public Service Announcements
• Provide Spanish and Navajo translation for all materials
• Develop and procure branded specialty promotional items
• Obtain proper consent for family photographs using ECECD's Media Release
• Coordinate with ECECD Communications team for branding approval
