Buyer seeks a vendor to manage an online platform for the NYC Groceries to Go program where enrolled participants can purchase subsidized groceries with delivery from NYC-based full-service grocery stores. The ideal vendor should have an existing network of full-service grocery stores and potentially other food retailers. The program began as a technology pilot in December 2021 and is now governed by Chapter 34 of Title 24 of NYC Rules.
