• Identify relevant grant opportunities from federal, state, and private sources
• Assess funding needs and align with county strategic objectives
• Develop and write comprehensive grant proposals with required documentation
• Create detailed project budgets and budget narratives compliant with regulations
• Secure supporting documentation including letters of support and MOUs
• Facilitate grant workshops for county departments
• Submit completed grant applications following required guidelines
• Provide post-award grant management and compliance support
• Track project progress and prepare required reports
