• Experience with construction contract administration and California public works codes
• Experience in negotiation and claim analysis preparation
• Experience with NPDES Construction General Permit requirements
• Experience in claim defense for public agencies
• DIR registration for consultant and subconsultants

• Conduct preconstruction meeting and prepare detailed minutes
• Schedule and lead weekly construction progress meetings
• Review payment applications and change order requests
• Provide full-time on-site inspection services
• Monitor project safety per CalOSHA/OSHA requirements
• Process design changes for field condition adaptations
• Implement labor compliance monitoring per California Labor Codes
• Prepare and maintain detailed construction documentation and records
• Coordinate submittal process between architect, contractor, and county
• Prepare detailed project punch lists and closeout documentation
