The consultant will assist in implementing a comprehensive program to maintain and increase air service by existing carriers, develop new routes, and attract new airlines. Services include market analysis, route forecasting, creating presentations, coordinating airline meetings, and providing ongoing performance monitoring.

• Excellence in market definition and analysis, demographic data gathering, route analysis, messaging, and airline relationship development.

• Prepare a True Market Estimate using DOT and Airline Reporting Corporation data.
• Create airline-specific route forecasts analyzing profitability and success potential.
• Develop custom presentations and messaging materials for various audiences.
• Coordinate and participate in airline headquarters visits.
• Prepare presentations for industry conferences like ACI-NA's JumpStart.
• Conduct In-Terminal Passenger Surveys with acceptable accuracy factors.
• Provide guidance on air service incentive programs and community support.
• Assist with Small Community Air Service Development Program (SCASDP) grant applications.
• Deliver ongoing data services on airline schedules and passenger statistics.
• Prepare performance monitoring reports evaluating air service every six months.
