Buyer seeks engineering services to evaluate requirements for expanding the Deer Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant capacity from 15 million gallons per day (MGD) to 20 MGD. The project includes preliminary engineering services to develop an expansion plan with possible future amendments for final design, bidding, and construction services. The consultant will assess existing facilities, perform hydraulic analysis, evaluate alternatives, and develop a phased implementation approach for the expansion.

• Evaluate expansion requirements from 15 MGD to 20 MGD capacity
• Develop comprehensive expansion plan with phasing recommendations
• Analyze permit limits and operational performance
• Perform hydraulic analysis of the treatment system
• Assess capacity of major process units
• Develop biosolids management strategy
• Prepare engineering report within 210 days
• Process sludge from Chisholm Creek WWTP
• Evaluate activated sludge treatment system
