Buyer is soliciting proposals for construction testing services and special inspections. Buyer seeks on-call services for a three-year contract period to assist with Capital Improvement Projects. Services include soils testing, field compaction testing, and quality control for asphalt and concrete. The contractor will report to the Public Works Inspection team or assigned Project Manager.

• Demonstrated expertise in municipal infrastructure construction testing
• Project experience in similar work within last five years
• Inspectors must have minimum five years experience in municipal public works testing
• Ability to provide lab facilities support for infrastructure testing

• Provide construction testing on an on-call basis for municipal infrastructure
• Conduct field compaction testing
• Perform asphalt and concrete quality control testing
• Prepare typed reports verifying and detailing test results
• Support trenching and backfill testing
• Test water lines and services installation
• Inspect sanitary storm and sewer lines
• Verify curb, gutter, and sidewalk construction
• Conduct soils testing for public works projects
• Provide special inspections for municipal projects
