• Licensed landscape architectural firm providing design services for 5+ years
• Experience as Principal Architect on commercial projects over $15,000
• Project Manager with experience on $15,000+ projects in past 5 years
• Financially responsible with experienced personnel able to perform services
• Required State of Colorado licenses for landscape architects and engineers

• Prepare site, landscape, and irrigation plans
• Conduct topographic site surveys for design purposes
• Prepare Storm Water Management Plans including temporary BMPs
• Develop preliminary and final design plans and cost estimates
• Review development projects for compliance with city standards
• Perform field inspections on various projects
• Coordinate with Locate Services for underground utility identification
• Conduct property line surveys to confirm existing boundaries
• Provide immediate response for unanticipated urgent requests
• Supply designs in .dwg and .pdf formats
