Buyer seeks qualified firms to provide on-call professional services in 14 different categories including architectural review, environmental services, and planning. The contract will be for a five-year term from July 2025 through June 2030. Buyer anticipates contracting with multiple firms to augment its professional capabilities and provide high-quality expertise. Services will be requested on an as-needed basis through specific project amendments.

• 6/3/2025 - Award of Professional Service Agreement

• Experience performing similar services for state or local government agencies
• Sufficient readily available resources including trained personnel and support services

• Provide architectural peer review of development projects
• Prepare environmental documents compliant with CEQA guidelines
• Develop economic development and business attraction strategies
• Digitize and index physical documents for electronic storage
• Monitor state and federal legislative changes
• Review geotechnical reports and grading permit applications
• Identify grant opportunities and prepare applications
• Monitor affordable housing agreements and certifications
• Configure land management systems and workflow templates
• Enforce municipal code violations and issue citations
