Rehabilitation of Historic Wells House

Buyer seeks a qualified architect with expertise in historic preservation to rehabilitate the Wells House, a Victorian-era residence on the National Register of Historic Places. The project involves creating architectural plans and providing construction management for a house built in two phases (1875 and 1897-1898) that has been vacant since 2016. The house will be used as a residence for tenants involved in agricultural operations on the property, including reinstating an apartment on the north side of the building. Buyer will provide a Historic Structures Assessment and engineering construction drawings during the bid process.
