Buyer seeks a qualified consultant to develop a comprehensive master plan for Dalton State College's 146-acre campus. The master plan will follow USG guidelines and analyze space utilization, building conditions, and infrastructure to guide future campus development. The project will align with DSC's 2024 Strategic Plan and replace the previous master plan from 2011 with subsequent refreshes in 2016 and 2018. This 14-month project will incorporate enrollment trends, analyze existing facilities, and provide implementation strategies for future campus investment.
