Asian/Pacific Islander Domestic Violence Resource Project

Buyer seeks an Evaluation Specialist Consultant to review and assess the impact of its programs, with focus on economic empowerment and volunteer initiatives. The consultant will conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing programs, engage with stakeholders, and develop data-driven recommendations. All work must be grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices that reflect the unique needs of API survivors.

• Experience in program evaluation, impact assessment, and data analysis
• Knowledge of culturally specific evaluation practices for API communities
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and facilitation
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and gender-based violence services

• Review economic empowerment and volunteer initiatives to assess impact
• Evaluate support groups, case management, mental health therapy, and healing services
• Assess volunteer program recruitment, training, engagement, and retention strategies
• Develop sustainability plan for Wisdom Circle and Volunteer Mentorship Program
• Create matrices to track volunteer mentor effectiveness
• Conduct focus groups and listening sessions for qualitative insights
• Design strategic approach to employment services for survivors
• Develop culturally responsive program evaluation methodologies
• Facilitate virtual roundtable with other culturally specific organizations
• Produce comprehensive evaluation reports with actionable recommendations
