Buyer seeks a Certified Public Accounting firm to provide annual audit services for a five-year period beginning with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. The scope includes financial statement audits, compliance audits, and additional specialized reports. The auditor must follow generally accepted auditing standards, Government Auditing Standards, and requirements of Title 2 CFR Part 200. The engagement will include audits of the University, Wyoming Public Media, NCAA, and Cowboy Joe Club.

• Independence from the University as defined by auditing standards
• Experience conducting audits under 2 CFR 200, Subpart F (Single Audit)
• Knowledge and experience in higher education audits
• Ability to follow generally accepted auditing standards
• Compliance with Government Auditing Standards

• Perform annual financial statement audit
• Conduct compliance audit (Single Audit)
• Prepare Wyoming Public Media audit and CPB certification
• Produce NCAA agreed-upon procedures report
• Provide Cowboy Joe Club compiled financial statements
• Express opinions on University's general financial statements
• Prepare Data Collection Form for reporting on audits
• Provide management letter indicating deficiencies or improvement opportunities
• Evaluate Information Technology control environment
• Present audit committee letter and results at Board meetings
