Buyer is seeking multiple qualified auditors to review and assess their construction and contract services. The selected firm(s) will provide on-call construction audit services with no specific scope of work or contract amount guaranteed. Buyer will negotiate specific scopes and fees for individual projects as needed. The initial contract term will be two years with options to extend up to a total of ten years.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Construction Contract/Financial Auditing

• Review and analyze contractor financial information
• Verify contractors scope of work
• Reconcile contractors cost calculations against contract terms
• Develop daily field and office overhead calculations
• Test labor records against labor cost reports
• Determine the extent of actual cost overruns
• Conduct change order analysis and pricing analysis
• Perform labor distribution studies
• Conduct subcontract analysis
• Reconcile project expenditures
