Buyer is seeking qualified consultants to create a pre-qualified list for future work orders related to public opinion research, communications, environmental education, public engagement, and facilitation. The services will support the Lake Tahoe community's rapidly changing communication needs. Buyer may award multiple contracts or purchase orders under this RFQ. Responses may be submitted for one, multiple, or all of the listed task categories.

• 4/29/2025 - Proposing Firms' Questions Due
• 4/30/2025 - Questions and Answers Posted
• 5/8/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 5/13/2025 - Selection of Consultants for Interviews
• 5/23/2025 - Consultant Interviews (if necessary)
• 5/27/2025 - Anticipated Award of Contract

• Design and administer public opinion surveys about environmental initiatives
• Develop and refine statistically valid survey methodology and content
• Analyze survey data and provide comprehensive reports with key findings
• Create environmental education content and communication materials
• Develop opinion columns and social media campaigns
• Design brochures and produce public education materials
• Create forest health and wildfire public education content
• Develop emergency evacuation communication materials
• Facilitate public workshops, board meetings, and strategic planning sessions
• Respond to work orders within tight timeframes (often two weeks or less)
