Buyer is seeking construction management services for public infrastructure improvements in unincorporated areas of Stanislaus County. The project will address infrastructure needs within five unincorporated neighborhoods lacking adequate storm drainage, wet utilities, sidewalks, roads and other basic infrastructure. The consultant must manage construction in existing developed areas, resolve unforeseen conflicts, and engage proactively with residents. The work is funded through $55.8 million allocated from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.

• Perform construction management and inspection services
