The initial contract term is three years with potential for two additional one-year extensions.

• Identify current and future talent needs and risks
• Develop talent acquisition and retention strategies
• Create workforce development and succession planning frameworks
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement workshops with executives and leadership
• Provide workforce analytics and forecasting models
• Design implementation roadmap with measurable outcomes
• Deliver annual workforce planning updates for three years
