The project consists of designing one and two-story buildings totaling approximately 55,965 gross square feet with an estimated construction budget of $35,837,288. Services include all phases from concept design through construction administration plus renovation of the existing gymnasium. The project will be delivered through an AIA Document B101-2017 Standard Form Agreement.

• Design one and two-story buildings totaling approximately 55,965 gross square feet
• Provide civil, landscape, structural, architectural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical engineering
• Complete data collection, concept design, schematic design, and design development phases
• Prepare construction documents and coordinate GMP process with bidding review
• Provide construction administration services throughout the project duration
• Renovate existing gymnasium including roof replacement and HVAC upgrades
• Develop demolition plans for site and buildings #5, #9, #10, and #18
• Obtain SFWMD permits and manage regulatory permitting processes
• Create phasing plans for building replacement while maintaining school operations
• Complete pre and post-FISH drawings for facility documentation
• Design security, data, phone, fire alarm, and technology systems
• Develop sustainable building design meeting Florida energy-efficient building requirements
• Prepare site plan with stormwater management and retention systems
• Design security features following CPTED and Florida Safe School Design Guidelines
• Coordinate with Construction Manager (CM) throughout design and construction phases
• Create value engineering options to optimize project budget
• Design LED lighting systems for both site and building applications
• Attend public presentations to the Board, Staff, and Public
• Coordinate demolition and site renovation after substantial completion of new buildings
• Prepare comprehensive project close-out documentation
