Riverside County Transportation Commission

Buyer seeks qualified consultants to provide agency-wide public outreach, community engagement, branding, graphic design, multimedia, and marketing services. Buyer intends to award up to five qualified consultants contracts. Services will be provided on an on-call basis for a variety of transportation projects, programs, and initiatives to help achieve measurable public outreach, branding, and promotional goals. The contract term will be three years with one two-year option.

• Must be in continuous existence for at least three years
• Must have provided continuous services for relevant requirements

• Develop bilingual public outreach and marketing strategies
• Create multimedia content for social media platforms
• Provide photography and videography services for events
• Develop branding and graphic design materials
• Coordinate with community-based organizations on outreach efforts
• Plan and organize ribbon cutting and groundbreaking ceremonies
• Create public awareness campaigns for transportation programs
• Write press releases and media advisories
• Facilitate public meetings and hearings
• Develop crisis communications and emergency plans
