• Redesign main entrance for improved accessibility and visibility
• Create ADA-compliant restroom designs
• Design telehealth access room modifications
• Prepare schematic designs including floor plans and elevations
• Develop space planning for meeting rooms and flexible workspaces
• Create construction documents with permit-ready architectural drawings
• Incorporate soundproofing specifications for meeting rooms
• Provide cost estimation for all proposed improvements
