Buyer is seeking one or more consultants to provide professional services supporting the retention and expansion of domestic and international air travel through Denver International Airport. Services include passenger traffic route proposals, economic impact analyses, strategic planning, contingency planning, catchment area studies, routine air service benchmarking, and research and analysis. The contract will provide expertise to help DEN expand its global connections and domestic network.

- Review and edit analyses, forecasts, and presentations prepared by DEN
- Prepare international air service feasibility studies and route forecasts
- Monitor aviation agreements and analyze impact on air service
- Analyze Essential Air Service and small community air service issues
- Monitor industry trends affecting service levels at Denver Airport
- Provide strategic direction for air service development and retention
- Prepare domestic and international air service strategic plans
- Develop contingency plans related to changes in air service
- Prepare economic impact reports of existing or new service
- Assist in arranging appointments with senior airline staff
