Deliverables include facility-specific assessment reports, a district-wide portfolio summary, and a 10-Year Capital Improvement Plan.

• Minimum three years experience conducting facility assessments for public sector
• Licensed professionals including engineers and architects with CEM and LEED AP
• Multidisciplinary expertise across structural, mechanical, electrical systems
• Knowledge of applicable codes and energy efficiency standards
• Proficiency with facility assessment and asset management software tools
• Proven ability to manage complex projects within defined timelines

• Assess three school buildings totaling 190,800 square feet

• Test indoor air quality and verify ventilation rates
• Develop 10-Year Capital Improvement Plan with cost projections
• Create a Facility Condition Index (FCI) for each building

• Evaluate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Document findings with digital photography and detailed notes
• Interview school administrators and maintenance staff
• Develop searchable digital database compatible with asset management platform
• Present findings to Dansville Schools leadership
• Assess athletic grounds and outdoor sports facilities
• Analyze energy efficiency opportunities
• Test HVAC systems for efficiency and capacity
