Buyer is soliciting proposals for Construction Management and Inspection Support Services to be performed on an on-call basis. Services will cover a variety of projects at wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants, distribution and collection systems, pump stations, and water storage facilities. Buyer requires qualified consultants capable of providing comprehensive inspection and construction management for environmental utilities infrastructure.

• Provide construction management for wastewater treatment plants
• Perform inspection services for water treatment plants

• Support recycled water system projects
• Provide on-call technical expertise for various utility projects
• Conduct quality control inspections at environmental facilities
• Verify contractor compliance with project specifications
