• Develop and finalize criteria for prioritizing municipal assets
• Create or implement asset tracking database or software program
• Identify ownership of all infrastructure items
• Create staffing model for asset management and infrastructure replacement
• Present findings to City recreation staff and leadership
• Consider climate action goals in replacement planning
• Evaluate existing Parks Asset Evaluation for adaptation
• Incorporate ADA transition plan information
