Buyer seeks engineering consultants to provide Construction Management Services for the Elk River Wastewater Treatment Plant Wet Weather Improvements Project. The project includes constructing a new Trickling Filter wet well, pump station, and an 8 MGD lined equalization basin. Services will be provided during construction, which is expected to run from June 2025 through October 2026. Buyer requires comprehensive construction management including inspections, document control, and coordination with contractors.

• Experience with wastewater treatment design in previous five years
• Successfully provided similar services for three similar projects

• Conduct pre-construction meeting and prepare agenda/minutes
• Review construction documents for comprehensive understanding of requirements
• Facilitate weekly progress meetings throughout the project
• Review and monitor Contractor's schedule for specification conformance
• Record working days and issue weekly statements
• Provide daily inspection reports based on work observation
• Maintain project logs including RFIs, change orders, submittals
• Coordinate management of change orders and determine changed conditions
• Maintain construction record drawings throughout project
• Prepare and transmit final record drawings incorporating all changes
