Buyer is seeking two-way dual language program resources and services for grades PK-12. The contract will cover instructional materials, curriculum, professional development, coaching, and resources in both English and Spanish. Buyer will potentially make multiple awards within the dual language categories. Resources may be computer-based or in print format and must support diverse dual language learning populations.

• Provide dual language instructional materials aligned to district standards
• Develop bilingual curriculum for English/Spanish instruction
• Deliver professional development for dual language teachers

• Create inquiry-based instructional resources for real-world problem solving
• Supply level readers and decodable readers in both languages
• Offer program evaluation services
• Develop lesson planning components for grade-level standards access
• Provide educational technology resources supporting dual language instruction
• Create assessment tools for dual language program
