Buyer is seeking qualified professional consultants to provide financial audit services. The consultant must be registered to do business in Texas with considerable governmental audit experience. The consultant will furnish all required labor, materials, supplies and travel for the project. Submissions must be made through the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace System.

• Must be registered to do business in Texas
• Must have considerable experience providing financial audit services to governmental entities

• Perform financial audit services for a governmental entity
• Furnish all required labor and materials
• Attend pre-submittal conference (non-mandatory)
• Navigate the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace submission system
• Submit Statement of Qualifications response
• Complete Certification and Acknowledgement Form
• Complete Conflict of Interest Questionnaire Form
• Adhere to professional services agreement terms
• Submit questions through the e-Marketplace system by deadline
• Prepare qualifications-based response demonstrating governmental audit experience
